"This is your space, a place where all the noise of your life ceases to exist. For as long as you’re in this Zen space, you’re untouchable." - Matt Valentine

Wabi-sabi is the Japanese art of finding beauty in imperfection and profundity in nature, of accepting the natural cycle of growth, decay and death. It’s simple, slow and uncluttered - and it reveres authenticity above all. It celebrates cracks and crevices and all the other marks that time, weather, and loving use leave behind. It's flea markets, not warehouse stores; aged wood, not Pergo; rice paper, not glass. It's harmony, peace, tranquillity and balance.

We believe that a healthy home is an integral part of maintaining a healthy body and life. Because we want to encourage healthy living habits, we work with our clients after they purchase their new home to help them create a personal space where they can detox, unwind and find peace. This can be a meditation room, a reading nook, a sewing spot, or a yoga studio - whatever activity nourishes the mind, body and soul.

Wanting to build something new? We have a network of builders and developers available to help clients build their dream green home, incorporating the latest in sustainable design. We also focus on mid-century modern architecture and will be developing neighborhoods with several different styles of mid-century modern style homes throughout the Salt Lake Valley.

Our staging services incorporate wabi-sabi design philosophies as well as mid-century modern pieces to keep things modern and clean. We work with our clients, homeowners and other agents to help them create a home that has a higher likelihood of selling more quickly and for more money.
